Yes to Freedom of Speech

All of my life I have believed in the right of freedom of expression. No one should be afraid to give their opinion no matter how crazy it may sound. For every opinion now accepted was one peculiar. I have been put in jail for giving my opinion, but never will I keep myself from saying something important. I was granted with the Nobel Prize in Literature in recognition of my humanitarian ideals and freedom of thought. I support the idea that each opinon we make should be formed on the basis of reason, science, and logic. Never should an opinion be influences by authority. As I once said, "Freedom of opinion can only exist when government thinks itself secure". We should have the right of liberty to do what we like. Everyone should respect public opinions but these opinions should always be made wisely, based in facts and with intelligence. No one will ever make me stop giving my opinion.
