Anti Death Penalty

I am as you all may know a firm believe of non violence. what ever needs to be said can be said in a peaceful way. Its if my nature to be Anti Death Penalty. I Gandhi strongly oppose this sentences in which the governments decide whether or not to end a persons life. Ones death and time to leave the earth should be determined by a supreme being, and not by the government. No one can decide whether or not to end a persons life no matter the acts of crime that they have committed. If a person has been punished for a crime with time in jail, believe me when I say that they have learned their lesson, and that their conscience probably does not let them sleep at night.yes they do deserve a severe punishment for the acts that they committed, but know person has the authority to decide if they should be sentenced with the death penalty. In my opinion the Death Penalty was something that should have never been invented, because all it does is create violence and death, and it does not truly solve the problem. When i walked through the street of my country i saw how atrocious acts were made to those who were innocent and instead of wishing the murderer death i prayed for their forgiveness for they did not know what they had just done and what it meant to kill somebody. The dealt penalty is something that affect everyone, because we witness how someone dies when we could have prevent it from happening. Say NO to death Penalty.
Mahatma Gandhi (Carol Wood)

  1. I agree with your point of view, the main purpose of human beings is to ensure the well being of the race, and killing of people through the death penalty would certainly do human beings more harm than good.
