Death Penalty

One of my works involved tha state and the individual. ´´The sate has the supreme right against the individual, whose supreme duty is to be a member of te state``. This states that the state is beneath government an society, but doesn´t consent the idea of death penalty. There ae always going to be ppsite sides and idas between people. This will lead to comitting extreme acts f violene and conflict. The state should punish those who go beyond the normal acts of conflict. The individual owns his own body, thus death penalty to be lawful it shouldhave the consent of the individual of his own death. I think more of the reformation of theindivdual, rather than taking away his/her life. Moreover, those who conent an act such as murder, should as well know that he/she will be punished with the same severity. The state should condemn a pucish that has the same effect of the at commited. throghout history, it has been and is understood that crime deserves punishment, ad it should be donde to the criminal according to his act. The state has the right to impose the death penalty when the act committed by the individual involves the murder of a human being.

  1. I believe that the death penalty should be allowed when the crime the accused person has commited includes murder of someone. Then it would be ethical because he also took the life of someone else.
