Death penalty to those who deserve it....

I am a person who believes that objectivism is the way of living. Therefore if the states thinks that the person must die, then the person has to die. Reason is my guide and if the states truly thinks that it is reasonable to kill somebody because of a crime then it is ok to kill him. It is ethical if the man deserves to die. The way I see the things is that if the state has the facts that indeed this person deserves to die then the state is correct. Facts are facts, if a man killed another man than he deserves to die exactly how he killed the other person. You shouldn't judge your decision based on feeling or faith. If the person that is about to be killed deserves death than there is nothing that will be against what he has already done. The state has laws and as any other citizen this laws must be followed by everyone. If you are willing to break them than you must accept the consequences, no matter the reason why you did it. The principal social basic of objectivism is that no man has the right of looking for value through physical force. No man has the right to use the physical force against others; the only exception is when you are defending yourself. So, in my opinion if the man did something wrong and the law says that he should have death penalty. Then the state does have a right to kill a person.
